Visiting Rome while staying in our Silver Giulia Apartment is an experience that you will not forget for the rest of your life! Located in Via Giulia, one of the most prestigious streets in Rome, this 1st floor (2nd floor U.S.) apartment with lift has been newly tastefully refurbished with a particularly modern renovation that mixed to its old palace charm makes it a unique location under different points of view. It sits few meters to Campo dei Fiori and 5 minutes walk to Piazza Navona. Just step out your front door and there’s history everywhere, a truly wonderful neighborhood! The apartment has everything you need for a relaxed and comfortable Roman stay. It’s about 70mq and it consists of 1 double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, a spacious and charming living room with a double sofa bed and a futon bed. The living room has a separate dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette where you will find whatever you could need for your stay.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
The deposit is fully refundable only if we are able to re-rent the space for your dates.
Otherwise:
• If a cancellation is made 1 months before your arrival: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
• If a cancellation is made 15 days before your arrival : no refund
• If a cancellation is made after the 15th days before your arrival, the rent must be paid in full.
In case the apartment is unavailable due to forces beyond our control, the amount paid will be FULLY reimbursed. Other expenses will not be reimbursed.
I and my husband had a wonderful stay in the apartment!! The apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable and well maintained. Excellent location, walking distance to most of the major tourist sites. We would stay there again if we are in Rome!! |
I enjoyed very much the apartment. Modern and it is equiped with all modern conditions to stay for a few days. The apartment is also very well located. We visited all the turistic places of Old Rome by foot. Chiara and her husband are very kind people and gave us a usefull help. I recommend !!! |
We are a family of four with two young kids (7 and 10) and spent 4 days in Rome. We were very pleased with our rental. The location was great, we were minutes away from main tourist attractions: The Vatican, The Colloseum, Via del Corso, Piazza Navona and Campo dei Fiori and so many more. Chiara, the contact for the rental is very friendly even if we made her wait while we were trying to find our way into Rome. The apartment is very well furnished. It was also nice that some of the basics necessities for a short stay were supplied. One small problem, and maybe this is due to the humid weather of Rome, but our laundry took quite some time to dry. Keep in mind if you are planning on using the washer, do not wait until the last day of your trip. |
Chiara could not have been more helpful, even during our personal emergency that arose... She arrange a van to pick up us from the airport. She greeted us with a bottle of wine and homemade jams, that was very sweet and welcoming. The apartment is just as described in the listing. It is immaculate and we love the decor! Is very central! we pretty much walked to all the major attractions, there are lots of restaurants, cafes, bakeries and markets...Campo Di Fiore in the mornings become a local market were you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables,and you can buy all kinds of things. The computer with internet access and the printer aloud us to communicate to our other side of the word, and my teenagers love it!
