This elegant apartment located in Viale Vaticano, just a few steps away from the Vatican Museums and St. Peter’s Square and 200 meters from the subway stop Cipro - Musei Vaticani. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a modern building with lift, but it faced on the back of the building on the 4th floor. It is composed by a living room with a comfortable sofa and a sofa bed, a completely equipped kitchen, an open double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a terrace with a table and chairs to eat outside. It is furnished with air conditioner and washing machine. Its antique and modern, high quality furnishing and wooden floors complete this elegant apartment.

Booking Payment: Credit Card (via Paypal secure Internet transaction) or bank transfer
Balance payment: Cash.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
The deposit is fully refundable only if we are able to re-rent the space for your dates.
Otherwise:
• If a cancellation is made 1 months before your arrival: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
• If a cancellation is made 15 days before your arrival : no refund
• If a cancellation is made after the 15th days before your arrival, the rent must be paid in full.
In case the apartment is unavailable due to forces beyond our control, the amount paid will be FULLY reimbursed. Other expenses will not be reimbursed.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Vatican appartment in Rome. The appartment was spacious, neighbors were friendly, no noise, very conveniently located. I would especially like to thank Chiara and her husband for helping to arrange our stay. They were friendly, helpful, and ready to answer our every question. |
